Fox News is reporting that the Defense Intelligence Agency is trying to stop publication of a book which reveals that the Pentagon knew the identity of at least one of the attackers prior to September 11, 2001.
Operation “Able Danger” was “a controversial pre-9/11 data mining project” which “successfully identified hijacker Mohammed Atta as a threat to the United States before the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks,” according Fox News.
